Georgian Conservatory Sunroom

Enjoy the additional 600 square feet of space all year round and watch Mother Nature work her magic. This custom-designed structure was built by Four Seasons Sunrooms and was made with pre-finished aluminum on the exterior and beams trimmed with Northern White Pine in the interior. The room is equipped with its own sink and dishwasher, perfect for any large gathering.

Gazebo

Wake up every morning to the sounds of songbirds and have your morning coffee in the 14-foot octagonal, Corinthian-style Gazebo with turned posts, floral pattern corbels, and a double roof with open air cupola and concrete roofing tiles. This Gazebo was built in concert with the 6 foot by 9 foot Koi pond.

Koi Pond

No garden is complete without a carefully designed Koi pond built with an infrared system to keep other unwanted animals away. A beautiful granite rock feature surrounds a fountain, directing water from a 4 foot pond into the main, 9 foot pond. There is a double filtration system to keep the pond presentable.

Rancho Palo Verde Community

Private Lake and Exclusive Use (as seen on video)

A perfect way to experience East San Diego County in its natural setting would entail a full day on the lake, exclusively available to the 250 residents of Rancho Palo Verde and Palo Verde Ranch East. The lake is equipped with boat slips, a beach, picnic area, and campground. Enjoy this summer fishing. No California fishing license is necessary.
